MISE EN PLACE THERMOFORMAGE

Découper des éléments en thermoformage avec précaution - utiliser un petit ciseau de couturière à bouts recourbés  puis  coller les divers éléments avec micro kristal ; poser la plaque arrière avant le thermoformage, faire affleurer les thermos des portières
 

MONTAGE DES DIFFERENTS ELEMENT

Assembler  le pilote sur sa plaque  puis mise en place de celle-ci  au moyen d’une colle gel type Pattex 
 
POSE DES DECALCOMANIES
Matériel de base : pinceau alcool à brûler, pince à épiler, cure dent, coton tiges.
Ensuite pose traditionnelle, trempage dans l’eau ;  laisser égoutter sur un essuie tout puis prendre la pince pour le mettre en place ou si très petit avec le cure dent ;  ajuster  au moyen du pinceau trempé dans l’alcool  afin d’épouser la forme ; Tamponner pour enlever l’excédent avec le coton tige.

longueur axe 450 -  pneus AR 22x7;  pneus AV 20x7
utiliser un châssis Slotclassic   

IMPLEMENTATION THERMOFORMAGE
Cutting elements thermoforming carefully - use a small scissors seamstress upturned ends then glue the various elements with micro kristal; ask the backplate before thermoforming, to flush the thermos door
 
INSTALLATION OF VARIOUS ELEMENTS
Assemble the driver on his plate and implementation thereof by means of an adhesive gel-like Pattex
 
INSTALLATION OF DECALS
Base Material: brush rubbing alcohol, tweezers, toothpick, cotton swab.
Then traditional pose, soaking in water; Drain on a paper towel and then take the clip into place or if very small with toothpick; adjust with the brush dipped in alcohol to the shape; Dab off the excess with cotton swab.
